Terms & Conditions

Quantum Institute of Technology Pvt Ltd ("QIT", "we", "us") provides online cybersecurity training programs, including but not limited to:

• Live online instructor-led training sessions
• Pre-recorded video lectures and course materials
• Hands-on lab exercises and assignments
• Industry certification preparation
• Student assessments and certification issuance

3.1 To enroll in a QIT course, you must complete the online enrollment form accurately.

3.2 QIT reserves the right to accept or reject any enrollment application at its discretion.

3.3 Students are responsible for ensuring they meet the stated prerequisites before enrolling in any course.

3.4 A QIT Student ID will be assigned upon acceptance and must be used for all academic communications.

4.1 Course fees are payable in full prior to the commencement of training, unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.

4.2 All fees are quoted in the currency specified at the time of enrollment and are subject to change.

4.3 QIT does not currently offer refunds once a batch has commenced, except in circumstances where QIT is unable to deliver the training as advertised.

4.4 If you are unable to attend a batch, you may request a deferral to a future batch, subject to availability, within 14 days of the batch start date.

Students enrolled at QIT agree to:

• Attend scheduled classes punctually and participate actively
• Complete all assignments by stated deadlines
• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Not share course materials, login credentials, or exam questions with third parties
• Not engage in plagiarism or academic dishonesty
• Use all lab environments ethically and only for educational purposes

6.1 All course materials, video recordings, lab guides, and content provided by QIT are the intellectual property of Quantum Institute of Technology Pvt Ltd.

6.2 Students are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials for their own learning purposes only.

6.3 Reproduction, distribution, resale, or publication of QIT materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

7.1 Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal login credentials.

7.2 QIT collects personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy to manage enrollment, attendance, assessments, and communication.

7.3 Student data is never sold to third parties.

8.1 QIT certificates are issued upon successful completion of all course requirements, including attendance thresholds, assignment submissions, and final assessments.

8.2 QIT certificates are issued by Quantum Institute of Technology Pvt Ltd and are separate from any vendor certifications (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, etc.), which are administered independently by the respective vendors.

Any student found engaging in harassment, discrimination, cheating, unauthorized sharing of materials, or misuse of lab environments will be subject to immediate suspension or expulsion without refund.

10.1 QIT provides training for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee employment or specific certification exam outcomes.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, QIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

QIT reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or posted on the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
